Vera A. Klien
Vera Klien studied at the University of Liechtenstein, earning her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. During her studies, she gained initial experience at Klien Executive Search in the back-office and research departments, as well as in other companies and their HR divisions.
During and after her Master’s program, she worked for a renowned global industrial company in Lean Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain Management.
Since December 2017, Vera has contributed her expertise as a consultant at Klien Executive Search and, in 2022, assumed the role of Managing Director.
Dr. Hans Jürgen Klien
After completing his studies in Economics and Social Sciences with a Master’s degree and earning a PhD through part-time postgraduate studies, Hans-Jürgen Klien held management positions in Austria and Switzerland for 17 years. His work focused on the branded goods, office supplies, and automotive accessory industries. Since 1989, he has been active in executive search and spent many years as a partner in a Europe-wide firm, responsible for the German-speaking markets.
He is the founder and owner of Klien Executive Search GmbH, which has been recruiting executives for companies and non-profit organizations since early 2012.
His extensive experience in international consulting firms and industry makes him a trusted advisor to decision-makers in mid-sized companies as well as large corporate organizations.
